We work with our clients in a variety of capacities depending upon their needs. For companies requiring a wide range of sales and marketing efforts, we will often operate on a monthly retainer. For companies that require a defined set of work, we will provide a proposal to complete that work. Organizations that require consulting services often retain Extreme Sales Group on an hourly basis. We provide a variety of options to enable you to utilize our top-notch sales and marketing services to meet your budget requirements.

Option 1: Annual Contract – We take care of your entire sales and marketing program for one fiscal year. This
is a contract engagement and includes all required disciplines to get the job done.
Rate: Budget is established at the onset including a detailed sales and marketing plan. A performance review at the
end of the period precedes a potential renewal.

Option 2: Monthly Retainer – Designed for companies requiring a wide variety of sales and marketing
services on an ongoing basis.
Rate: Typical retainer is $2500 per month and includes up to 30 hours of work. Consider us your employee but without the
payroll, vacation pay and benefits.

Option 3: Project by Project – We will provide a detailed project proposal for a defined set of work. For example,
creation of a sales & marketing plan, development of a web site, product launch campaign, literature package, or trade show
design and support.
Rate: Hourly plus and applicable outside supplier costs. Varies depending on the scope of work required.

Option 4: Project Consultation – Do you have a web site, shopping cart, literature piece, sales
presentation, or other sales and marketing question you need help with? This is the plan for you. We will review your project,
analyze its effectiveness, then consult with you about how to help it get results for you.
Rate: $250 includes project analysis and 1 – 2 hour consultation plus reasonable travel time.

Option 5: Hourly Work – In some cases, we provide our services as needed on an hourly basis.
Example: marketing and advertising advice during company sales meetings. Dealing with outside suppliers such as printers
and design studios. Management marketing planning sessions etc.
Rate: $100/hour
